- Are in unused condition or defective upon arrival
- Have not been installed on a vehicle
- Include all original packaging and documentation
- Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned more than 30 days after purchase
- Installed or used parts
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or installation
- Items without original packaging
- Custom or special-order parts
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
- Provide the reason for the return
- Receive a return authorization number (RMA)
- Ship the item back to us with the RMA number
- We'll inspect and process your refund
Refund Policy
Refund Amount
Eligible returns will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Processing Time
