Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if they:

  • Are in unused condition or defective upon arrival
  • Have not been installed on a vehicle
  • Include all original packaging and documentation
  • Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after purchase
  • Installed or used parts
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or installation
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom or special-order parts

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. Provide the reason for the return
  3. Receive a return authorization number (RMA)
  4. Ship the item back to us with the RMA number
  5. We'll inspect and process your refund

Refund Policy

Refund Amount

Eligible returns will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Processing Time
